Cancel Appointment form

Operations Gate Appointments Appointments view Actions Cancel Transaction Appointment Cancel Appointment form

The Cancel Appointment form enables you to cancel the selected appointment(s). The selected appointment(s) must be in a Created state and must not be associated with a truck visit appointment.

To cancel an appointment:

1. In the Notes field, enter a brief note.

2. Click Save.
